The Reset Ritual

A free workshop to help you let go of tension, manage stress, and reconnect with your body.

Join me on 10th July at 7pm (BST) for a calming, practical session where I’ll introduce you to a tool I wish I knew about 10 years ago, which will help you get rid of any lingering tension in your body and that you can use any time during the day.

What to expect:

In this free 60-minute session, you will:

  • Learn how our stressful and anxious thoughts affect our body, and vice versa, and what we can do about it

  • Try a live progressive muscle relaxation experience

  • Walk away with a simple tool to feel calmer, and more relaxed whenever you need it
