I am Olya, a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist based in South West London, working worldwide. I combine CBT, mindfulness, and clinical hypnosis to help you work with their inner critic, stop overthinking, reduce stress and feel more confident in everyday life.

  • We can explore anything from anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt to confidence, boundaries, and stress. During your free discovery call, we will talk about what you would like support with and whether I am the right fit.

    If your needs fall outside my scope, I will guide you toward someone who can help.

  • Yes, you’re always in control. Evidence-based hypnosis feels similar to being absorbed in a book or a film: fully focused, relaxed, and aware. I guide the process, but you are the one imagining and engaging with the experience.

  • CBH combines cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based hypnosis. It is a structured but gentle approach that helps you understand your patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build tools you can use long after our work together ends.

  • Yes, absolutely. However, while one session might be enough to learn some tools and techniques, you’ll need on average 4-6 sessions to start seeing changes in your life.

    Most of the work and transformation happens between our sessions, when you start applying things in practice. However, one-off sessions are amazing for learning self-hypnosis skills, or for relieving stress (through personalised hypnosis).
