If you think that your inner critic has too much power over your life, you are not alone. Many ambitious people find themselves caught in constant overthinking, second guessing and feeling like nothing they do is ever enough.
In this 90 minute workshop you will learn simple evidence-based techniques to quiet that voice and begin building confidence in yourself.
Together we will explore why your inner critic shows up in your life, how it shapes your thoughts and behaviour, and how you can take back control, without feeling like your self-doubt constantly holds you back.

You will receive access to the full replay and can watch at a time that suits you.

Just bring yourself and a quiet space where you feel comfortable.
You will receive a workbook to work through during and after the workshop. You can work on it digitally or print it out before the session. A notebook and pen can be useful as well for reflection but it is not essential.

That is completely fine. Evidence based hypnosis is simply guided focused attention, and you remain in control at all times.
